Tsengel, Bayan-Ölgii
Tsengel ( mn, Цэнгэл, ''bright'') is a sum (district) of Bayan-Ölgii Province in western Mongolia. The capital (sum center) of Tsengel is Khushoot, located in the west of the sum.
