Trulli Formula E Team
Trulli GP (officially Trulli Formula E Team) was a Swiss motor racing team founded by former Formula One driver and Monaco Grand Prix winner Jarno Trulli to compete in the inaugural FIA Formula E Championship for electric cars. The team competed in a technical partnership with Drayson Racing Technologies. It was announced on 1 July 2014 that the team was operating with Super Nova Racing. Trulli announced that he would drive for the team, while later Italian Auto GP driver Michela Cerruti was announced as the second driver for the team. Role changes For the 2015 Miami ePrix, Jarno Trulli and Vitantonio Liuzzi became teammates in the lineup. Trulli commented that it was his past driving history that allowed the Trulli Formula E team to even happen in the first place – four months before the first race of the season in China, as a last minute replacement for Drayson's entry on the grid. Jarno Trulli
Jarno Trulli (; born 13 July 1974) is an Italian racing driver. He regularly competed in Formula One from 1997 to 2011, driving for Minardi, Prost, Jordan, Renault, Toyota, Lotus Racing and Team Lotus. His best result in the World Drivers' Championship (WDC) was sixth place in ; this was also the year in which he scored the only win of his Formula One career at the 2004 Monaco Grand Prix. Throughout his Formula One career, Trulli was renowned for his skill in qualifying, regularly achieving far better grid positions than rivals with superior cars to his own. He was also known for his defensive driving style which allowed him to successfully hold off quicker drivers, sometimes for an entire race. 2015 Berlin EPrix
The 2015 Berlin ePrix, formally known as the 2015 DHL Berlin ePrix, was a Formula E motor race that took place on 23 May 2015 on the purpose-built Tempelhof Airport Street Circuit in Berlin. It was the eighth round of the 2014–15 Formula E season. A special anti-clockwise track was built for the race next to the terminal building of the closed airport, including 17 turns over a distance of . Prior to the ePrix, Lucas di Grassi was leading the Drivers' Championship by four points over Nelson Piquet Jr., while e.dams Renault led the Teams' Championship in front of second placed Audi Sport ABT. The 2015 Monaco ePrix was a Formula E motor race held on 9 May 2015 on the Circuit de Monaco, a street circuit in Monte Carlo, Monaco. It was the seventh championship race of the single-seater, electrically powered racing car series' inaugural season. The race was won by Sébastien Buemi, who became the first multiple race winner in the series. The 2015 Long Beach ePrix was a Formula E motor race held on 4 April 2015 in Long Beach, United States on a revised version of a street circuit usually used for the Grand Prix of Long Beach. It was the sixth championship race of the single-seater, electrically powered racing car series' inaugural season. China Racing driver Nelson Piquet Jr. became the sixth different winner in as many races, and as a result moved up to second place in the drivers' championship, one point in arrears of Audi Sport ABT's Lucas di Grassi. Di Grassi also finished in the podium placings, in third place, just behind Andretti driver Jean-Éric Vergne. The 2015 Buenos Aires ePrix, formally the ''2015 FIA Formula E Buenos Aires ePrix'' was a Formula E motor race held on 10 January 2015 at the Puerto Madero Street Circuit in Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires, Argentina. It was the first edition of the Buenos Aires ePrix and the fourth championship race of the single-seater, electrically powered racing car series' inaugural season.
