True Steppers
True Steppers were a British UK garage production duo, consisting of Jonny Lisners and Andy Lysandrou. They had success with Dane Bowers on "Buggin", which peaked at number six on the UK Singles Chart in April 2000. Their biggest selling record came in August 2000, when True Steppers collaborated with Dane Bowers and Victoria Beckham on "Out of Your Mind". There was a wave of publicity for this single and Victoria involved her husband, David Beckham, for the in-store record signings. There was a chart battle with Spiller and Sophie Ellis-Bextor, whose summer dance track " Groovejet (If This Ain't Love)" was released in the same week. Brian Harvey
Brian Lee Harvey (born 8 August 1974) is a British singer from London. He was the lead singer of pop group East 17. The later incarnation of the band, E-17, had two top 20 singles on the UK Singles Chart between 1998 and 1999, with the album ''Resurrection'' peaking within the top 50 of the UK Albums Chart. After leaving E-17, Harvey signed a record deal with Edel Records and had two singles released in 2001, "Straight Up (No Bends)" and "Loving You (Ole Ole Ole)". Career Harvey's vocal style emulated R&B and new jack swing vocalists from the United States. His vocals put him into a position of the group's frontman, or main member, which was shared with the group's creator, songwriter, instrumentalist, rapper and singer Tony Mortimer. Donell Jones (born May 22, 1973) is an American singer, songwriter, and record producer. He is most notable for the hits "U Know What's Up", " Where I Wanna Be", and his cover of Stevie Wonder's "Knocks Me Off My Feet". Jones' first studio album '' My Heart'', was released in 1996, but he is best known for his late 1990s release of his second album '' Where I Wanna Be''. UK garage, abbreviated as UKG, is a genre of electronic dance music which originated in England in the early to mid-1990s. The genre was most clearly inspired by garage house, but also incorporates elements from dance-pop, R&B, and jungle. It is defined by percussive, shuffled rhythms with syncopated hi-hats, cymbals, and snares, and may include either 4/4 house kick patterns or more irregular " 2-step" rhythms. David Alistair Pearce (born 14 June 1963) is an English dance DJ, EDM producer and broadcaster, who has performed across the United Kingdom and the world. He previously presented ''Dance Anthems'' on BBC Radio 1 for ten years. He is renowned for playing a key role both as a performer and behind the scenes in the development of English dance and club culture. Double 99, also known as R.I.P. Productions and 10° Below, were a UK garage duo which consisted of members Timothy Andrew Liken (Tim Deluxe) and Omar Adimora.
