True Beauty (album)
''True Beauty'' is the Grammy-nominated and debut studio album by American Idol contestant Mandisa. The first single, " Only the World", was released on May 22, 2007, and the full album was released on July 31, 2007. The album covers a remake of gospel duo Mary Mary's hit song "Shackles (Praise You)" (which Mandisa covered on American Idol in the top 11). Subsequent singles included " God Speaking" and " Voice of a Savior", released to Christian radio in October 2007 and April 2008, respectively. Commercial performance The album debuted at number one on the Christian albums chart and number 43 on the ''Billboard'' 200 with over 17,000 copies sold in its first week. Mandisa Lynn Hundley (born October 2, 1976), known professionally as Mandisa, is an American gospel and contemporary Christian recording artist. Her career began as a contestant in the fifth season of ''American Idol'', in which she finished in ninth place. She is the fifth ''American Idol'' alumna to win a Grammy Award, for her album '' Overcomer'' in the Best Contemporary Christian Music Album category. Out Of The Grey
Out of the Grey is a husband-and-wife Contemporary Christian music project consisting of Scott and Christine Denté. Christine provides lead vocals, while Scott plays guitars and sings background, along with the occasional lead vocals. Cindy Lavonne Morgan (born June 4, 1968) is a contemporary Christian music singer and songwriter. Morgan's 1992 debut album, ''Real Life'', earned her six Dove Award nominations.
