''True Album Akina 95 Best'' is a compilation album by Japanese entertainer Akina Nakamori, released through MCA Victor on December 6, 1995. Produced by Nakamori, the album consists of her singles from the MCA Victor era and self-covers of her singles from the Warner Pioneer era. The album is split in three discs: "Wild Disc" focuses on Nakamori's fast-paced songs, "World Disc" features songs with world music themes, and "Whisper Disc" compiles her ballads. is a Japanese Singing, singer and Actor, actress. She is one of the most popular and best-selling artists in Japan. Akina achieved national recognition after winning the 1981 season of the talent show ''Star Tanjō!''. Her debut single "Slow Motion (Akina Nakamori song), Slow Motion" was released to moderate success, peaking at number thirty on the Oricon Weekly Singles Chart. Brian Robert Setzer (born April 10, 1959) is an American guitarist, singer, and songwriter. He found widespread success in the early 1980s with the 1950s-style rockabilly group Stray Cats, and returned to the music scene in the early 1990s with his swing revival band, the Brian Setzer Orchestra. , is a Japanese pianist, composer, conductor and musical producer signed under Being Inc. He is Pops Executive Producer in the Pacific Philharmonia Tokyo orchestra. Biography Ikurō started learning piano and composing from an early age. Chinfa Kan
(born June 24, 1953) is Japanese lyricist of Korean descent. Biography Chinfa Kan was born in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka, Japan as a second-generation Zainichi. He graduated from Shizuoka Prefectural Hamamatsu-Nishi Senior and Junior High Schools. While attending Waseda University, he took up tanka writing and participated in the college's short song festivals. Kan made his debut as a lyricist in 1979 with Ann Lewis' "Shampoo", which was composed, arranged, and produced by Tatsuro Yamashita. He then wrote numerous hit songs with Tetsuji Hayashi. Written by Yoko Aki and Kisaburō Suzuki, it was released on February 3, 1986 by Warner Pioneer through the Reprise label as the lead single from her third compilation album '' CD'87''. Background "Desire (Jōnetsu)" was used by Pioneer Corporation for their Private CD 500AV commercial featuring Nakamori. Live TV performances of the song featured one of Nakamori's signature looks: a bob wig and a stylized purple and brown kimono with high-heeled shoes. is a Japanese lyricist and former musician. After several years playing the drums in the rock bands Apryl Fool and Happy End during the late 1960s and early 1970s, Matsumoto decided to focus on writing lyrics for others in 1974. As of 2015, he had written over 2,100 songs, 130 of which entered the top 10 on the Oricon chart.
