''Trost i taklampa'' (Blackbird in the Chandelier) is a Norwegian comedy film from 1955 directed by Erik Borge. It is based on Alf Prøysen's 1950 novel ''Trost i taklampa''. The film stars Grete Nordrå as Gunvor Smikkstugun, along with Jack Fjeldstad and Martin Gisti. Erik Borge (22 October 1924 – 11 May 2008) was a Norwegian film director and screenwriter. He was born in Kristiania. Among his productions was '' Trost i taklampa'' from 1955, based on Alf Prøysen's novel. He was manager of the company Norsk Film from 1966 to 1984. Kåre Joachim Calmeyer (23 June 1931 – 26 December 2016) was a Norwegian actor. He was born in Oslo, and grew up in Horten and Tromsø. He was the brother of jazz musician Ola and journalist Bengt Calmeyer. He made his stage debut at Rogaland Teater in 1953 in the opera ''Don Pasquale''. Randi Nilie Nordby Johnson (May 15, 1926 – March 28, 1991) was a Norwegian actress. She was engaged with the Oslo New Theater for many years. As an actress, she used her maiden name as her stage name. Career Randi Nordby started her career very early, and already as a child she was acting in Inga Bjørnson's children's theater. She made her stage debut at age 12 in 1938 in '' The Women'' (Norwegian title: ''Kvinner'') by Clare Boothe Luce at the New Theater in Oslo.
