Trinity—Spadina (provincial Electoral District)
Trinity—Spadina was a provincial electoral district in Ontario, Canada, that was represented in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario since 1999. The electoral district was created in 1999 when provincial ridings were defined to have the same borders as federal ridings. It generally encompasses the western portion of Downtown Toronto. In the 2001 Canadian census, the riding had 106,094 people of which 74,409 were eligible to vote. Its Member of Provincial Parliament (MPP) elect is Chris Glover of the Ontario New Democratic Party, who unseated short lived MPP Han Dong in the 2018 general election. Han Dong (politician)
Han Peng Dong (; born ) is a Chinese-Canadian politician who was elected to represent the Electoral district (Canada), riding of Don Valley North in the 2019 Canadian federal election, 2019 federal election as a member of the Liberal Party of Canada. He was the Ontario Liberal Party, Liberal member of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario for Trinity—Spadina (provincial electoral district), Trinity—Spadina from 2014 Ontario general election, 2014 until 2018. The Annex
The Annex is a neighbourhood in Downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The traditional boundaries of the neighbourhood are north to Dupont Street, south to Bloor Street, west to Bathurst Street and east to Avenue Road. The City of Toronto recognizes a broader neighbourhood definition that includes the adjacent Seaton Village and Yorkville areas. Bordering the University of Toronto, the Annex has long been a student quarter, and it is also home to many fraternity houses and members of the university's faculty. Its residents are predominantly English-speaking and well-educated. Koreatown is an ethnic enclave within Seaton Village, a neighbourhood of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Palmerston Boulevard
Palmerston Boulevard is a residential street located in the city of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, two blocks west of Bathurst Street, between Koreatown and Little Italy. The street is bounded by stone and iron gates both at Bloor Street and College Street. Notably, it is lit with symmetrically placed cast-iron lamps and canopied by mature silver maple trees. The name Palmerston continues south as Palmerston Avenue from College Street to Queen Street. Trinity Bellwoods Park
Trinity Bellwoods Park is a public park located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, bordered by Queen Street West on the south and Dundas Street on the north. The western boundary of the park is Crawford Street, several hundred feet before Crawford intersects with Dundas St. West, the park juts toward Shaw Street, westside of the Crawford Street Bridge. Christie Pits (officially Willowvale Park until 1983) is a public recreational area in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is located at 750 Bloor Street West at Christie Street, just west of the Toronto Transit Commission's Christie subway station. The park has an area of , about half of which is grassed picnic areas, the rest being various sports fields. Sports facilities on the site include three baseball diamonds (one full-sized and fenced named "Dominico Field"), basketball courts, a soccer/rugby/ football field, and the Alex Duff Memorial Outdoor Pool; and a splash pad and adjacent outdoor ice rink which are located on the west edge of the park at 779 Crawford Street. Chinatown, Toronto known also as Downtown Chinatown or West Chinatown is a Chinese ethnic enclave located in the city's downtown core of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is centred at the intersections of Spadina Avenue and Dundas Street, West.
