Christus Trinity Mother Frances Health System is a non-profit regional health care provider based in Tyler, Texas, that operates eight hospitals and 82 clinic locations in East Texas. History In the early 1930s, the Sisters of The Holy Family of Nazareth came to Tyler, Texas, from the Sacred Heart Province in Chicago to open Mother Frances Hospital. The hospital was named in honor of Frances Siedliska, the founder of the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth. The hospital opened on March 18, 1937 – one day ahead of schedule – to provide care for victims of the New London School explosion. In 1948, the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth completed the purchase of the hospital from the City of Tyler and in October 1965, Mother Frances Week was celebrated in Tyler, dedicating a new wing. Fairfield, Texas
Fairfield is a city and county seat of Freestone County, Texas, United States. The population was 2,850 at the 2020 census, down from 3,094 at the 2000 census. It was founded in 1851. Geography Fairfield is located in the center of Freestone County. Interstate 45 passes through the west side of the city, leading north to Dallas and south to Houston.
