Trimurti (1995 Film)
''Trimurti'' () is a 1995 Indian Hindi-language action drama film starring Jackie Shroff, Anil Kapoor, Shah Rukh Khan, Anjali Jathar and Priya Tendulkar. It was the last completed film for director Mukul S. Anand, who died while filming '' Dus'' in 1997. It earned a record opening weekend of around net, and becoming the "first film to record a net opening day." Plot In 1977, the notorious Khokha Singh entraps dedicated police inspector Satyadevi Singh (Priya Tendulkar). She has three children Shakti (Jackie Shroff), Anand (Anil Kapoor) and Romi (Shah Rukh Khan), the last of whom was born while she was in jail. They are her Trimurti, who she hopes will assist her in avenging her humiliation. What she doesn't know is that Anand and Shakti had a fight when they were kids. Mukul Anand
Mukul S. Anand (11 October 1951 – 7 September 1997) was an Indian film director and producer. He was the nephew of veteran film scriptwriter Inder Raj Anand and cousin of actor and director Tinnu Anand. Career Mukul S. Anand made his debut as a director with the suspense thriller '' Kanoon Kya Karega'' (1984), which was inspired by the Hollywood film '' Cape Fear''. His second film '' Aitbaar'' (1985) was inspired by Alfred Hitchcock's classic '' Dial M for Murder''. ''Shaktimaan'' is an Indian Hindi-language superhero television series created and produced by Mukesh Khanna. It aired on DD National from 13 September 1997 to 27 March 2005. Mohan Agashe (born 23 July 1947) is an Indian psychiatrist and actor. He was awarded the Sangeet Natak Akademi Award in 1996 in theatre. Early life Agashe was born in Bhor, Maharashtra. The Trimurti ( /t̪ɾimʊɾt̪iː/) is the triple deity of supreme divinity in Hinduism, in which the cosmic functions of creation, preservation, and destruction are personified as a triad of deities. Typically, the designations are that of Brahma the creator, Vishnu the preserver, and Shiva the destroyer.
