Trevor Zegras
Trevor Zegras ( ; born March 20, 2001) is an American professional ice hockey center for the Anaheim Ducks of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was selected by the Ducks, ninth overall, in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft. Zegras played college hockey at Boston University. Early life Zegras was born on March 20, 2001, in Bedford, New York to parents of Greek descent Gary and Julie. He began skating at the age of three and played in the Rising Stars youth program alongside his cousins. 2019–20 NCAA Division I Men's Ice Hockey Season
The 2019–20 NCAA Division I men's ice hockey season began on October 5, 2019, and was intended to conclude with the Frozen Four in April 2020. This would have been the 73rd season in which an NCAA ice hockey championship was held, and was US college hockey's 126th year overall. However, the postseason tournament was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In February, seven members that had previously announced their withdrawal from the WCHA following the 2020–21 season announced that they were reforming the Central Collegiate Hockey Association, and that the new conference would begin play with the 2021–22 season. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the NCAA, along with several conferences, decided to ban spectators from attending many of the games played after March 10, 2020, including the 2020 Frozen Four. The National Hockey League All-Star Game (french: Match des Étoiles de la Ligue Nationale de Hockey, links=no) is an exhibition ice hockey game that is traditionally held during the regular season of the National Hockey League (NHL), with many of the League's star players playing against each other. In ice hockey, a Michigan goal (also known as a high wrap, a Zorro, or by other names) is a goal scored by an attacker starting behind the opposing net, lifting the puck onto their stick, moving their stick around to a top corner of the net, and shooting the puck into the net at close range. Rickard Rakell
Rickard Lars Gunnar Roland Rakell (born 5 May 1993) is a Swedish professional ice hockey right winger for the Pittsburgh Penguins of the National Hockey League (NHL). While playing for the AIK IF in Sweden, Rakell was drafted 41st overall by the Plymouth Whalers in the Ontario Hockey League's (OHL) 2010 Import Draft. 2021–22 NHL Season
The 2021–22 NHL season was the 105th season of operation (104th season of play) of the National Hockey League (NHL). The league expanded to 32 teams with the addition of the Seattle Kraken. The league had an October-to-April regular season scheduling and a full 82-game regular season for the first time since the 2018–19 NHL season as the previous two NHL seasons were shortened due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Jamie Drysdale (born April 8, 2002) is a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman for the Anaheim Ducks of the National Hockey League (NHL). The Bakersfield Condors are a professional ice hockey team in the American Hockey League (AHL) based in Bakersfield, California.
