Trevor Hall (musician)
Trevor Hall is an American singer-songwriter and guitarist. His music is a fusion of roots, folk, and reggae. Many of Hall's themes revolve around spirituality and life exploration. Early life and education Hall grew up in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. He grew up surrounded by music due in part to his father who was a drummer and musician. After dabbling with multiple instruments including trombone and bass, he decided to learn guitar in hopes of becoming a singer-songwriter one day. At age 16 he recorded his first album. Shortly after, Hall left South Carolina for Los Angeles where he enrolled and studied classical guitar at Idyllwild Arts Academy. During his time, he was introduced to yoga and meditation practices and spirituality, which made a major impact on him and has since influenced his life and music. ''Trevor Hall'' is the sixth album by Trevor Hall (not including his unreleased album The Elephant's Door). The album spawned two singles, "Unity" and "Volume". It is his first major-label release since he was dropped from Geffen Records. The album features two songs that had previously been recorded for his unreleased album The Elephant's Door. "The Lime Tree" and "31 Flavors" were reworked and re-recorded, with "The Lime Tree" featuring additional vocals by Colbie Caillat. The album was produced by Marshall Altman, who also performed on several tracks. After the first week of the album's release, it had debuted at No. 199 on the Billboard 200 album chart, also debuting at No. 7 on the Billboard Heatseeker's chart. Trevor was only 22 when the album was released. The album is dedicated to Sri Baba Neem Karoli Maharajji and Sri Nabani Das Khyepa Baul. Ernest Trevor Hall (born 24 February 1905 in Cambridge, New Zealand – died in in Papakura, New Zealand) was a New Zealand landlord, salesman, and professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1920s and 1930s, and coached in the 1930s. He played at representative level for New Zealand, Other Nationalities, Auckland and Auckland City, and at club level for the Newton Rangers, St Helens (twice), and the Rochdale Hornets as a or i.e. number 11 or 12, or 13, during the era of contested scrums, and coached at club level for Rochdale Hornets. Trevor Hall, Denbighshire
Trevor Hall is a large grade I-listed Georgian mansion standing in 85 acres (35 hectares) of parkland at Trevor, near Llangollen, Denbighshire, Wales. The three storey house was built in 1742 in red brick to an H-shaped floor plan. A pedimented doorcase is approached by a double flight of steps. The estate had belonged to the Trevor family since medieval times and was at one time the home of Bishop John Trevor, who built the original Llangollen Bridge in 1345. The present house was built for John Lloyd of Glanhavon, Montgomeryshire, who in 1715 had married Mary Trevor, heiress of the Trevor estate. A carved stone on the outside of the house has their initials, the date 1742, and the Latin motto ''Dum spiro spero'' (whilst I breathe, I hope). Ownership passed to the Rice Thomas family when the last Lloyd heiress married Rice Thomas of Coed Helen near Caernarvon.
