Trevon Griffith
Trevon Abashai Griffith (born 18 April 1991) is a Jamaican cricketer who has played for both Guyana and Jamaica in West Indian domestic cricket, and also for the Guyana Amazon Warriors franchise in the Caribbean Premier League (CPL). He is a left-handed opening batsman. Griffith played for the West Indies under-19s at the 2010 Under-19 World Cup in New Zealand, scoring 84 runs in a group-stage match against Pakistan. The previous year, he had also played at List A level for the team, when it appeared in the 2009–10 WICB President's Cup. Off Spin
Off spin is a type of finger spin bowling in cricket. A bowler who uses this technique is called an off spinner. Off spinners are right arm, right-handed spin bowling, spin bowlers who use their fingers to spin the ball. Their normal Delivery (cricket), delivery is an off break, which spins from left to right (from the bowler's perspective) when the ball bounces on the cricket pitch, pitch. For a right-handed batsman, this is from his off side to the leg side (that is, towards the right-handed batsman, or away from a left-handed batsman). First-class cricket, along with List A cricket and Twenty20 cricket, is one of the highest-standard forms of cricket. A first-class match is one of three or more days' scheduled duration between two sides of eleven players each and is officially adjudged to be worthy of the status by virtue of the standard of the competing teams. Matches must allow for the teams to play two innings each, although in practice a team might play only one innings or none at all. The etymology of "first-class cricket" is unknown, but it was used loosely before it acquired official status in 1895, following a meeting of leading English clubs. Major League Cricket (MLC) is an upcoming professional Twenty20 cricket league in the United States. The 2013 Caribbean Premier League or for sponsorship reasons, Limacol CPL 2013 was the inaugural season of the Caribbean Premier League, established by the West Indies Cricket Board. 2015–16 Regional Super50
The 2015–16 NAGICO Super50 was the 42nd edition of the Regional Super50, the domestic limited-overs cricket competition for the countries of the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB). The tournament was co-hosted by Saint Kitts and Trinidad and Tobago, with the final held at Queen's Park Oval, Port of Spain. Eight teams participated in the competition – the six regular teams of West Indian domestic cricket (Barbados, Guyana, Jamaica, the Leeward Islands, Trinidad and Tobago, and the Windward Islands), plus two development teams (Combined Campuses and Colleges and ICC Americas). Leeward Islands Cricket Team
The Leeward Islands cricket team is a first class cricket team representing the member countries of the Leeward Islands Cricket Association, an associate of the West Indies Cricket Board. Antigua and Barbuda, Saint Kitts, Nevis, Anguilla, Montserrat, British Virgin Islands, US Virgin Islands and Sint Maarten are members of the Leeward Islands Cricket Association.
