Tremble (EP)
''Tremble'' is a debut extended play, EP by Australian Pop music, pop singer Nicole Millar. It was released on 5 February 2016. Millar said she was inspired by The Weeknd, Major Lazer and MØ and upon release, said; “I listen to a lot of R&B and their lyrics are quite full on. I wanted to take the female angle on that and own it. In a lot of pop songs, the girl is always so sad because the boy’s broken their heart. I wanted to make her far more powerful and assertive.” Millar promoted the EP with 'The Tremble Tour' across Australia throughout March and April. Critical reception The Foundry Brisbane said: "Nicole has created an immense hype towards this release after her successful debut single 'Wait' was released in late October last year. 'Tremble' boasts beats and synths that make the track feel full and complement the depth of Nicole's voice. Starting off smooth and ultra sultry, it kicks up the tempo quickly, adding a power and playfulness that sees Nicole take you on a ... Tremble Dance
A tremble dance is a dance performed by forager honey bees of the species ''Apis mellifera'' to recruit more receiver honey bees to collect nectar from the workers. History of discovery The tremble dance was first described by Karl von Frisch in the 1920s (who was also first to describe the waggle dance), but no light was shed on its function until 1993 when Wolfgang Kirschner discovered that, when performed, the dance stopped nearby workers from flying to gather more nectar. Function The tremble dance of the honeybee is similar to the waggle dance, but is used by a forager when the foraging bee perceives a long delay in unloading its nectar or a shortage of receiver bees, sometimes due to low numbers of receiver bees. It may also spread the scent released during the forager's waggle dance. Like the waggle dance, the tremble dance is likely one of two "primary regulation mechanisms" for regulating bee colony behavior at the group level, and one of four or five observed mechanisms ... Lift (Audio Adrenaline Album)
''Lift'' is the sixth studio album by Christian rock band Audio Adrenaline, released in 2001. Concept and development The concept of the album ''Lift'' came from several meanings, according to guitarist Tyler Burkum. In an interview with Jesus Freak Hideout, Burkum said: : "It's kinda like how if you lift God up. But not only God, there are many ways you can take it. Like how God lifts us up. There are many surface-level ways to take it. The whole thing is kinda how when we lift Christ up to people, we don't have to explain what God is. If you just worship Him and just point to God, that's enough. It's weird cause through the record there's this kind of like this underlying feeling of hope on the whole record. And it wasn't even like we tried to do that. It was just kind of there – this hope and a kind of a peace the way God lifts us up. The record is kind of like what happens when you worship. It's not really worship music, but what happens when you worship." Burkum also sa ... [...More Info...]       [...Related Items...]     OR:     [Wikipedia]   [Google]   [Baidu]   |

Milk Sickness
Milk sickness, also known as tremetol vomiting or, in animals, as trembles, is a kind of poisoning, characterized by trembling, vomiting, and severe intestinal pain, that affects individuals who ingest milk, other dairy products, or meat from a cow that has fed on white snakeroot plant, which contains the poison tremetol. Although very rare today, milk sickness claimed thousands of lives among migrants to the Midwestern United States in the early 19th century, especially in frontier areas along the Ohio River Valley and its tributaries where white snakeroot was prevalent. New settlers were unfamiliar with the plant and its properties. A notable victim was Nancy Hanks Lincoln, the mother of Abraham Lincoln, who died in 1818. Nursing calves and lambs may have also died from their mothers' milk contaminated with snakeroot, although the adult cows and sheep showed no signs of poisoning. Cattle, horses, and sheep are the animals most often poisoned. Anna Pierce Hobbs Bixby is credit ... [...More Info...]       [...Related Items...]     OR:     [Wikipedia]   [Google]   [Baidu]   |

Bideford Witch Trial
The Bideford witch trial resulted in hangings for witchcraft in England. Temperance Lloyd, Mary Trembles and Susannah Edwards from the town of Bideford in Devon were tried in 1682 at the Exeter Assizes at Rougemont Castle. Much of the evidence against them was hearsay, although there was a confession by Lloyd, which she did not fully recant even with her execution imminent. These women have been labelled as the last witches to be hanged in England, but there are subsequent cases which are not as well documented. Investigation of Temperance Lloyd On Saturday, July 1682, Thomas Eastchurch, a Bideford shopkeeper, complained to some of the town’s constables that Temperance Lloyd had been practising witchcraft. The constables arrested Temperance Lloyd and locked her in the old chapel at the end of the bridge, where she remained until taken before the justices, Thomas Gist, Mayor of Bideford, and John Davie, Alderman, on the Monday morning. The charges were: "suspicion of having use ... [...More Info...]       [...Related Items...]     OR:     [Wikipedia]   [Google]   [Baidu]   |

Casino Royale (1967 Film)
''Casino Royale'' is a 1967 spy parody film originally distributed by Columbia Pictures featuring an ensemble cast. It is loosely based on the 1953 novel of the same name by Ian Fleming, the first novel to feature the character James Bond. The film stars David Niven as the "original" Bond, Sir James Bond 007. Forced out of retirement to investigate the deaths and disappearances of international spies, he soon battles the mysterious Dr. Noah and SMERSH. The film's tagline: "Casino Royale is too much... for one James Bond!" refers to Bond's ruse to mislead SMERSH in which six other agents are pretending to be "James Bond", namely, baccarat master Evelyn Tremble (Peter Sellers); millionaire spy Vesper Lynd (Ursula Andress); Bond's secretary Miss Moneypenny ( Barbara Bouchet); Bond's daughter with Mata Hari, Mata Bond ( Joanna Pettet); and British agents Coop (Terence Cooper) and The Detainer (Daliah Lavi).
