Trance (2020 Film)
''Trance'' is a 2020 Indian Malayalam language neo-noir psychological thriller film directed and produced by Anwar Rasheed and written by Vincent Vadakkan. It features an ensemble cast including Fahadh Faasil, Dileesh Pothan, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Nazriya Nazim, Chemban Vinod, Vinayakan, Sreenath Bhasi, Arjun Ashokan, Soubin Shahir and Jinu Joseph. The film was produced by Rasheed himself under the banner of Anwar Rasheed Entertainments. The film's plot follows the events in the life of Viju Prasad, played by Faasil, a Kanyakumari-based atheist motivational speaker, who is hired by a fraud agency to work as a Christian pastor. The film deals with themes of substance dependence, religion, and the commercialisation of spirituality. Amal Neerad
Amal Neerad (born on 7 October 1976) is an Indian film director, cinematographer and producer who mainly works in Malayalam Cinema. He attended the Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute, Kolkata (first batch). He was awarded the National Film Award for Best Cinematography (special mention) in 2001 for his diploma film ''Meena Jha'' (short feature section). He started his career shooting music videos, documentaries and ads. It was his Diploma film that brought him to the attention of Ram Gopal Verma and his team. Anwar Rasheed
Anwar Rasheed is an Indian film director and producer who works in Malayalam films. He made his debut in 2005 with ''Rajamanikyam''.He continued to do successful action-comedy films, such as ''Chotta Mumbai'' (2007) and ''Annan Thambi'' (2008). His directorial drama ''Ustad Hotel'' (2012) won the National Film Award for Best Popular Film Providing Wholesome Entertainment. COVID-19 Lockdown In India
