Traktor Stadium
Traktor Stadium ( be, Стадыён "Трактар", russian: Стадион "Трактор") is a multi-purpose stadium in Minsk, Belarus. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home ground of Traktor Minsk. History The stadium was built in the 1950s. Its original name was Krasnoye Znamya Stadium, before it was attached to Minsk Tractor Works and renamed to Traktor Stadium in 1976. During Soviet years the stadium was a home ground for Traktor Minsk in Belarusian SSR league as well as Dinamo Minsk reserves in the Soviet Reserves league. In 1976, the stadium was renovated. During 1978–1980, it became a temporary home stadium for Dinamo Minsk senior team, while Dinamo Stadium was closed for renovation in preparation for the 1980 Summer Olympics football tournament. 2002 Belarusian Premier League
The 2002 Belarusian Premier League was the 12th season of top-tier football in Belarus. It started on April 12 and ended on November 8, 2002. Belshina Bobruisk were the defending champions. Team changes from 2001 season Teams finished on the last two places in 2001 – Naftan Novopolotsk and Vedrich-97 Rechytsa relegated to the First League. FC Shakhtyor Soligorsk ( be, ФК Шахцёр Салігорск, ''FK Shakhtsyor Salihorsk'') is a Belarusian Premier League football club, playing in the city of Soligorsk (Salihorsk) . History The club was founded in 1961. During Soviet era Shakhtyor Soligorsk was playing in top or second division of the Belarusian SSR league, occasionally dropping to lower tiers (Minsk Oblast league) for a short time. In 1971, Shakhtyor absorbed two other local Soligorsk teams (Khimik and Gornyak).
