The railway from Tours to Le Mans is a French 96-kilometre long railway line. It is used for passenger (express, regional and suburban) and freight traffic. The railway was opened in 1858. The line is non-electrified, only around Tours and Le Mans. The company was formed with the rail assets of SNCF in 1997. Tours station ( French: ''Gare de Tours'') is a railway station serving the city of Tours, Indre-et-Loire department, western France. It is situated on the Paris–Bordeaux railway, the Tours–Saint-Nazaire railway, and the non-electrified Tours–Le Mans railway.
