Toto is a Local Government Area in Nasarawa State, Nigeria. Its headquarters is in the town of Toto. Toto falls within the western senatorial district of Nasarawa State otherwise known as Nasarawa West Senatorial District alongside Nasarawa, Keffi, Karu and Kokona Local Government Areas. Toto local government area also forms a federal constituency alongside Nasarawa local government area, and Toto covers an area of 2,903 km. The local government area is bounded to the north by the Federal Capital Territory, to the east by Nasarawa local government area, and to the south and west by Kogi State, and a population of 119,077 at the 2006 census. Keffi
Keffi Local Government Area and a traditional and commercial town in Nasarawa State, north central Nigeria. Its headquarters are in the town of Keffi. Keffi is 50 kilometers from Abuja. Nasarawa State university is located along the Keffi-Akwanga expressway. It has an area of 138 km and a population of about 92,664 at the 2006 census. The postal code of the area is 961. History Keffi town was founded around 1802 by a Fulani warrior-leader, Abdu Zanga who took the title of 'emir'. Karu is a Local Government Area in Nasarawa State, central Nigeria. It is close in proximity to the Federal Capital Territory of Nigeria. It has an area of 2,640 km2.
