The Toshin Golf Tournament was a professional golf tournament on the Japan Golf Tour from 2010 to 2014. It was played at the Toshin Lake Wood Golf Club in Tsu, Mie in 2010 and 2011. It moved to the Ryosen Golf Club in Inabe, Mie in 2012 and the Toshin Golf Club, Central Course in Tomika, Gifu in 2013. The purse for the 2014 event was ¥100,000,000, with ¥20,000,000 going to the winner. is a Japanese professional golfer. Early life and amateur career Sonoda was born in Tokyo. He was first trained by his father. After that he has been taught by golf teaching pro, Todd Baker, since he was 10 years old. When Sonoda visited Gold Coast, Australia with his family at age 13, he decided to study in Gold Coast because the town has many golf courses. He spent two years in a junior high school there to pursue his golf game further. He won the Japan National Junior Golf Championship. Lee Dong-hwan ( ko, 이동환; born 9 April 1987), also known as D. H. Lee, is a South Korean professional golfer. Professional career Lee played on the Japan Golf Tour where he has won twice: the Gateway to The Open Mizuno Open Yomiuri Classic in 2007 and the Toshin Golf Tournament in LakeWood in 2011. is a Japanese professional golfer. Career Oda was born in Tagawa, Fukuoka. He turned professional in 2000. Oda won the 2008 Casio World Open and the 2009 Token Homemate Cup. He competed in the 2009 Open Championship at Turnberry, but failed to make the cut, finishing day two at 14 over par. He retained the Casio World Open in 2009 and the Token Homemate Cup in 2010. Yoshinori Fujimoto
Yoshinori Fujimoto (born 25 October 1989) is a Japanese professional golfer. As an amateur, Fujimoto won the individual silver medal at the 2011 Summer Universiade and led the Japan team to the gold medal. Fujimoto turned professional in 2012 and joined the Japan Golf Tour. He won his first title in June 2012 at the Japan Golf Tour Championship Citibank Cup Shishido Hills, which qualified him for the 2012 Open Championship. Yoshinori was also named the 2012 Rookie of the Year. He won again the next season at the 2013 Toshin Golf Tournament. Fujimoto was sponsored by ISPS for several years, but is now sponsored by Honma Golf.
