Toronto Skillz FC is a Canadian semi-professional association football, soccer club based in the Scarborough, Toronto, Scarborough district of Toronto, Ontario. The club was founded in 2008 and added its semi-professional club in League1 Ontario in 2016. They left the League1 Ontario top division after 2021. The team plays home games at Birchmount Stadium. History Toronto Skillz was founded in 2008 in the south east corner of Toronto, in the former city of Scarborough. The club joined the semi-professional League1 Ontario in 2016, naming former Trinidad and Tobago national football team, Trinidad and Tobago player Leslie Fitzpatrick as their coach. He coached the team until 2018, when he moved on to coach at George Brown College. They played their inaugural match on May 1, 2016, at home against Woodbridge Strikers and despite getting an early lead, lost by a score of 2-1. Birchmount Stadium
Birchmount Stadium is a multi-purpose outdoor sports facility in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is located near Kingston Road and Birchmount Road in the former city of Scarborough. Its original capacity was 6,345, and it was built for what was then the Borough of Scarborough. 2017 League1 Ontario Season
The 2017 Men's League1 Ontario season was the fourth season of play for League1 Ontario, a Division 3 semi-professional soccer league in the Canadian soccer pyramid and the highest level of soccer based in the Canadian province of Ontario. For the first time, the league expanded to include teams in the nation's capital, Ottawa, allowing it to span from the western to eastern borders of southern Ontario. is a Japanese soccer player who plays as a striker or midfielder. In 2015, he got the Golden boot (Top Goal Scorer) in the Philippines. Career C.A. Las Palmas Noda was born in Kumamoto, Japan.
