Tori Gurley
Tori Gurley (born Norristorius Gurley on November 22, 1987) is a gridiron football player who is currently a free agent, having most recently been a member of the Ottawa Redblacks organization, of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played college football at South Carolina, where he helped lead the Gamecocks to their first SEC East title and first SEC championship game appearance in 2010. He is from Rock Hill, South Carolina and attended Rock Hill High School where he led the Bearcats to state championships in football and basketball as a senior. Through 2010 and 12 games, Gurley's career statistics at South Carolina were 824 receiving yards with 6 touchdowns and 70 receptions. In Gurley's last season for the Gamecocks he set a school record for having no dropped passes during the 2010 season. Canadian Football League
The Canadian Football League (CFL; french: Ligue canadienne de football—LCF) is a professional sports league in Canada. The CFL is the highest level of competition in Canadian football. 2016 Winnipeg Blue Bombers Season
The 2016 Winnipeg Blue Bombers season was the 59th season for the team in the Canadian Football League and their 84th season overall. The Blue Bombers finished in 3rd place in the West Division and finished with an 11–7 record; their first winning season since 2011. The Blue Bombers successfully improved upon their 5–13 record from 2015, after defeating the Saskatchewan Roughriders in the Labour Day Classic on September 4. It was their first win in the Classic since 2004. The Blue Bombers qualified for the playoffs for the first time since 2011 with a week 16 victory over the BC Lions followed by losses by the Toronto Argonauts and Montreal Alouettes two days afterward. The 2016 Toronto Argonauts season was the 59th season for the team in the Canadian Football League and their 144th season overall. The Argonauts finished in 4th place in the East Division with a 5–13 record and missed the playoffs for the second time in three years. It also marks the 2nd straight year the Grey Cup hosts have failed to make the playoffs after the Winnipeg Blue Bombers last season. The Argonauts finished with a 10–8 record, but lost the East-Semi Final to the Hamilton Tiger-Cats. Alshon Jeffery
Alshon Jeffery (born February 14, 1990) is an American football wide receiver who is a free agent. He played college football at South Carolina, and was drafted by the Chicago Bears in the second round of the 2012 NFL Draft. As a member of the Philadelphia Eagles, he won Super Bowl LII.
