Tori Fiorenza
Victoria Marie Hall (born December 20, 1986) is an American beauty queen and reality television personality from Midlothian, Virginia who competed in Miss Teen USA 2005, placing in the Top 10, and Miss USA 2008. She is also known for being part of the cast of the '' Viewers' Revenge'' season of the MTV series ''Road Rules'', and on numerous seasons of '' The Challenge''. Early life Hall's father is a preacher and she moved numerous times as a child, living in Waddy, Kentucky before moving to Midlothian, Virginia with her father when her parents' marriage ended. After graduating from Clover Hill high school in Midlothian, she studied at Virginia Intermont College. Hall attended the University of Kentucky. At the end of 2005, Hall was involved in a car crash and though not seriously injured, it led to her embracing religion. Miss Virginia Teen USA
The Miss Virginia Teen USA competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the state of Virginia in the Miss Teen USA pageant. Virginia is one of the more successful states at Miss Teen USA, and is placed in the top twenty in terms of number and value of placement Their most successful decade was the 1980s. No Miss Virginia Teen USA has won the Miss Teen USA crown, but their highest placement came in the first year of competition, when Tina Marrocco placed 1st runner-up to Ruth Zakarian of New York. Virginia ties the record for the most Teens to cross over to win the Miss Virginia USA title and compete at Miss USA with ten in all, two others have later been crowned in other states, Indiana and North Carolina. One of these is Kristi Lauren Glakas, a Triple Crown winner who competed at Miss USA 2004 and placed 3rd runner-up at Miss America 2006. The Miss Virginia USA competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the state of Virginia in the Miss USA pageant. Virginia has been only moderately successful in terms of number of semi-finalists. They have had two Miss USAs. They are one of only four states to have had two Miss USAs in succession (the others being Illinois, Texas, and District of Columbia). Virginia's greatest success came from the late 1960s to early 1980s. Virginia should have had the first Miss USA crown in 1954, as Ellen Whitehead finished 1st runner-up, and Miss USA 1954, Miriam Stevenson, became Miss Universe 1954. However, there was no rule until the 1960s that the 1st runner-up became Miss USA after the winner won Miss Universe. If that was true, 2nd runner-up, Miss New York USA, Karin Hultman would have become Miss USA 1954, as Whitehead was disqualified due to being underage.
