Tord Sahlén
Tord Sahlén (born 17 May 1937) is a Swedish sprint canoer who competed in the mid to late 1960s. He won a silver medal in the K-2 10000 m event at the 1963 ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships in Jajce. 1963 ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships
The 1963 ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships were held in Jajce, Yugoslavia (present-day Bosnia and Herzegovina). This event was held under the auspices of the International Canoe Federation. Jajce (Јајце) is a town and municipality located in the Central Bosnia Canton of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, an entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The men's K-4 1000 metres event was a fours kayaking event conducted as part of the Canoeing at the 1968 Summer Olympics program. In the official report, heat results were shown in tenths of a second (0.1) while the remaining events were shown in hundredths of a second (0.01).
