Jeffrey Toobin
Jeffrey Ross Toobin (; born May 21, 1960) is an American lawyer, author, blogger, and longtime legal analyst for CNN. He left CNN on September 4, 2022. During the Iran–Contra affair, Toobin served as an associate counsel on this investigation in the Department of Justice. He moved from government and the practice of law into full-time writing during the 1990s, when he published his first books. He wrote for ''The New Yorker'' from 1993 to 2020. He was fired that fall for masturbating on-camera during a ZOOM video conference call with co-workers. He continued to serve as legal analyst for CNN for two years. Toobin has written several books, including accounts of the 1970s Patty Hearst kidnapping and time with the SLA, the O. J. Simpson murder case, and the Clinton–Lewinsky scandal. Jerome Toobin
Jerome Toobin (December 6, 1919 – January 22, 1984) was an American television producer. Biography Toobin was born to a Jewish family in Philadelphia and graduated from Temple University in 1943. He served in the United States Army Air Forces during World War II and rose to the rank of Lieutenant. He was married to Marlene Sanders for 25 years and is the father of Jeffrey Toobin, a lawyer, author, and former columnist for ''The New Yorker'' and legal analyst for CNN. He was Bill Moyers' producer, including as the first executive producer of ''Bill Moyers Journal'' on PBS in the 1970s, and at CBS. He was also director of news and public affairs for New York's Channel 13 (WNET WNET (channel 13), branded on-air as "Thirteen" (stylized as "THIRTEEN"), is a primary PBS member television station licensed to Newark, New Jersey, United States, serving the New York City area. ''Toobin''' is an Atari Games and Midway Games video game originally released as an arcade game in 1988 and is based on the recreational sport tubing. It was later ported to systems such as NES, Amiga, Commodore 64, MSX, and Game Boy Color. In the game, the player assumes control of the main characters ''Bif'' or ''Jet'', guiding them through many winding rivers on an innertube. Gameplay The player competes in a river race against the computer or another player. The player's score increases by swishing the gates, hitting other characters with cans, collecting hidden letters to spell Toobin', and collecting treasures. Players try to avoid obstacles while pushing each other into them. Power-ups allow players to carry multiple cans and combinations of gates increase a score multiplier.
