"Too Young to Fall in Love" is a 1984 single by American heavy metal band Mötley Crüe. It was originally released on their 1983 album ''Shout at the Devil''. Background Written by bass guitarist Nikki Sixx, "Too Young to Fall in Love" was released as a single in 1984 and reached #90 on the ''Billboard'' Hot 100 and #26 on the Mainstream Rock tracks. The tune later appeared in the 2002 video game '' Grand Theft Auto: Vice City'' on the fictional in-game radio station "V-Rock". Even though the song was a hit, it has been left off some of Mötley Crüe's compilation albums such as '' Decade of Decadence'' and ''Greatest Hits'', though it would be included on the reissue of the latter. Mötley Crüe is an American heavy metal band formed in Los Angeles in 1981. The group was founded by bassist Nikki Sixx, drummer Tommy Lee, lead guitarist Mick Mars and lead singer Vince Neil. Mötley Crüe has sold over 100 million albums worldwide. Greatest Hits (stylized as GREATE$T HIT$) is the third compilation album by American heavy metal band Mötley Crüe. It was released on October 27, 1998. Background Tommy Lee recorded his drum tracks for the album's two new songs, the single "Bitter Pill" and the promo single "Enslaved" and then started a prison sentence of five months. Additionally, a remix version of "Glitter" is included. The tour for the album began after Lee's release from prison. It would be his last with the band before his return in 2004. The album does not feature any material from John Corabi's five-year tenure with the band. The album is an updated version of the original compilation '' Decade of Decadence'' released in 1991, which is currently out of print. Its cover art features a caricature of the band by artist/designer Erik Casillas. Thomas Lee Bass (born October 3, 1962) is an American musician and founding member of the heavy metal band Mötley Crüe. As well as being the band's long-term drummer, Lee founded rap metal band Methods of Mayhem and has pursued solo musical projects. Robert Alan Deal (born May 4, 1951), known professionally as Mick Mars, is an American musician and the retired lead guitarist and co-founder of the heavy metal band Mötley Crüe. He is known for his aggressive, melodic solos and bluesy riffs. Career Mars was born in Terre Haute, Indiana, but his family moved to Huntington, Indiana, soon afterward. Vincent Neil Wharton (born February 8, 1961), best known by the stage name Vince Neil, is an American musician. He is the lead vocalist and occasional rhythm guitarist of heavy metal band Mötley Crüe, which he fronted from their 1981 formation until his departure in 1992.
