Tony Tilse
Tony Tilse is an Australian television director. He won the Australian Directors' Guild Award for best direction of a TV drama series (periodical) and TV mini-series for ''Underbelly'' in 2008. A television director is in charge of the activities involved in making a television program or section of a program. The Australian Directors' Guild (ADG) is an industry guild representing the interests of film, television, commercials and digital media directors, including documentary makers and animators, throughout Australia. With its headquarters in Sydney, the ADG has branches in New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Victoria and Western Australia. the president of ADG is Rowan Woods. ''Underbelly'' is an Australian television true crime-drama series which first aired on the Nine Network on 13 February 2008 and 1 September 2013, before being revived on 3 April 2022. Each series is based on real-life events. There have been six full series, with season 7 being a miniseries. ''Joanne Lees: Murder in the Outback'' (also known as ''Murder in the Outback'') is a television film produced by Channel Ten and ITV Productions, which first aired in Australia on Channel Ten on 18 March 2007 and in the UK on ITV on Sunday 8 April, where it was titled ''Murder in the Outback''.
