Tony Spinner
Tony Spinner (born June 9, 1963) is an American rock and blues singer and guitarist, best known for his collaborations with Toto and Paul Gilbert. Spinner, who toured with Toto from 1999 until their temporary hiatus in 2008, was personally selected by David Paich as a backup guitarist and backing vocalist and would perform lead vocals on the song " Stop Loving You," originally performed by former Toto member Joseph Williams. When Toto reformed in 2010, Williams rejoined the band. In fall 2010, Tony Spinner joined Paul Gilbert on his "Fuzz Universe" European tour. Zoetermeer
Zoetermeer () is a city in the Western Netherlands, in the province of South Holland. The municipality covers an area of of which is water. A small village until the late 1960s, it had 6,392 inhabitants in 1950. By 2013 this had grown to 123,328, making it the third largest population centre in the province of South Holland, after Rotterdam and The Hague. While now a city in its own right, Zoetermeer started out as a suburb of The Hague and is still a part of the Greater The Hague urban area; it is about 12 km east of The Hague, 15 km north of Rotterdam and 12 km south of Leiden. The name Zoetermeer (Dutch for "freshwater lake") refers to the former lake north of the town (reclaimed in 1614). Paul Brandon Gilbert is an American hard rock and heavy metal guitarist. He is the co-founder of the band Mr. Big, and was also a member of Racer X, with whom he released several albums. In 1996, Gilbert launched a solo career, for which he has released numerous solo albums, and featured in numerous collaborations and guest appearances on other musicians' albums. Gilbert was voted fourth-best on GuitarOne magazine's 2007 "Top 10 Greatest Guitar Shredders of All Time". He was also ranked in ''Guitar World's'' 2008 list, "50 Fastest Guitarists of All Time". Shrapnel Records Gilbert was raised mostly in the small Pittsburgh suburb of Greensburg, Pennsylvania. ''Falling in Between Live'' is the fourth live album by American band Toto, released in 2007. It was recorded live at Le Zénith, Paris, France. The album is the first Toto record to feature bassist Leland Sklar, who at the time was thought to be temporarily replacing Mike Porcaro, "due to a hand injury", however Porcaro had really begun to feel the first effects of ALS (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis). It is also the last Toto album with original lead vocalist Bobby Kimball, as well as the second and final recording to feature keyboardist/vocalist Greg Phillinganes, who was added to the official line-up to return the band to the classic 2 keyboardist format, and to fill in the gap during live performances since David Paich had temporarily retired from touring, but was still an active member in the studio.
