Tony Alamo, M.D.
Anthony Alamo Jr. is an American physician and politician who served as the chairman of the Nevada Gaming Commission from 2014 to 2020. He is also the founder of the Alamo Medical Clinic in Henderson, Nevada, and was previously chairman of the Nevada State Athletic Commission and, before that, chairman of its Medical Advisory Board. Early life and education Alamo was born in Reno, Nevada and raised in Las Vegas. His father was an immigrant from Cuba and worked his way up from a janitor in Reno to president of the Mandalay Bay Resorts Group before it was sold to MGM Resorts International. Alamo attended Bishop Gorman High School then graduating with a bachelor's degree in chemistry from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1987. Alamo earned his medical degree from the University of Southern California School of Medicine in 1991. Hepatitis
Hepatitis is inflammation of the liver tissue. Some people or animals with hepatitis have no symptoms, whereas others develop yellow discoloration of the skin and whites of the eyes (jaundice), poor appetite, vomiting, tiredness, abdominal pain, and diarrhea. Civilians under international humanitarian law are "persons who are not members of the armed forces" and they are not "combatants if they carry arms openly and respect the laws and customs of war". It is slightly different from a non-combatant, because some non-combatants are not civilians (for example, military chaplains who are attached to the belligerent party or military personnel who are serving with a neutral country). Tactical Emergency medical services (TEMS) is out-of-hospital care given in hostile situations by specially trained practitioners. Tactical support provided through TEMS can be applied in either the civilian world, generally with special law enforcement teams such as SWAT and SERT, as well as with military special operations teams. Tactical EMS providers are paramedics, nurses, and physicians who are trained to provide life-saving care and, sometimes, transport in situations such as tactical police operations, active shooters, bombings, and natural disasters. Joe Lombardo
Joseph Michael Lombardo (born November 8, 1962) is an American politician and law enforcement officer serving as the 31st governor of Nevada since January 2023. A member of the Republican Party, he was the 17th sheriff of Clark County from 2015 to 2023. Born in Japan, Lombardo moved to Las Vegas in 1976 and holds degrees from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He served in the United States Army before becoming an officer in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department in 1988. He was elected sheriff in 2014 and reelected in 2018.
