Toni Rose
Toni Rose is an American retired professional wrestler. Professional wrestling career Rose grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana. She decided to become a professional wrestler at the age of seven, but first attended Terre Haute High School and college. She trained under The Fabulous Moolah in 1965. During her first match, which occurred in Atlanta, Georgia, her opponent Bambi Bell knocked Rose unconscious. During a match in Australia in 1969, Rose was injured and left partially blind in one eye. In the early 1970s, Rose held the National Wrestling Alliance's NWA Women's World Tag Team Championship twice with The Fabulous Moolah.Ellison, Lillian. Vicki Williams (born April 21, 1956) is a retired female professional wrestler. She held the NWA Women's World Tag Team Championship three times with Joyce Grable. Professional wrestling career During a match in June 1971, midget wrestler Darlin Dagmar teamed with Williams to defeat midget wrestler Diamond Lil and Ann Casey. The following year, Williams was a contender to The Fabulous Moolah's NWA World Women's Championship, facing her for the title in Baltimore in May 1972. In August, Moolah once again defeated Williams—with the title on the line—at the first Superbowl of Wrestling event. The team of Williams and Joyce Grable won the NWA Women's World Tag Team Championship from Donna Christanello and Toni Rose on October 15, 1973 in New York City. Lucille Ann Casey (September 29, 1938 – March 1, 2021) was an American professional wrestler, better known by her ring name Ann Casey, or Panther Girl. Early life Casey was born in Saraland, Alabama, one of nine children to John and Viola Casey. John was of Irish ancestry; Viola claimed American Indian Blood—less than one eighth Creek Indian. After the family moved to a Mississippi cotton farm, Casey attended school at Agricola, Mississippi. Once she graduated, she married and had a son, but soon divorced. The NWA World Women's Championship is a women's professional wrestling world championship created and promoted by the American professional wrestling promotion National Wrestling Alliance (NWA). The title was first won by Mildred Burke in 1937 defeating Clara Mortensen. The championship is currently held by Kamille, who is in her first reign.
