Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group Holding Company Limited is a state-owned enterprise involving in extracting copper resources and smelting copper and other non-ferrous metals. It was founded in 1949 in Tongling, Anhui, China and it was put into production in 1952. It is one of the largest copper smelting companies in the country. Tongling (; former names: Tunglinghsien, Tungkwanshan) is a prefecture-level city in southern Anhui province. A river port along the Yangtze River, Tongling borders Wuhu to the east, Chizhou to the southwest and Anqing to the west.
