Tomás Chancalay
Tomás Alejandro Chancalay (born 1 January 1999) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a winger for Major League Soccer club New England Revolution. Club career Born in Viale, Entre Ríos, Chancalay joined Colón's youth setup in 2006, from hometown side Arsenal de Viale. On 10 February 2017, he signed his first professional contract with the club. Promoted to the first team ahead of the 2017–18 campaign, Chancalay made his professional – and Primera División – debut on 26 August 2017, coming on as a second-half substitute for Nicolás Leguizamón in a 1–1 away draw against Rosario Central. In his next appearance on 8 September, he scored his first senior goal as Colón beat Arsenal de Sarandí away from home. The 2018 Copa CONMEBOL Sudamericana was the 17th edition of the CONMEBOL Sudamericana (also referred to as the ''Copa Sudamericana'', or pt, Copa Sul-Americana), South America's secondary club football tournament organized by CONMEBOL. Brazilian club Atlético Paranaense defeated Colombian club Junior by 4–3 on penalties in the finals after a 2–2 draw on aggregate score to win their first tournament title. The CONMEBOL Sudamericana, named as ''Copa Sudamericana'' (; pt, Copa Sul-Americana ), is an annual international club football competition organized by CONMEBOL since 2002. It is the second-most prestigious club competition in South American football. CONCACAF clubs were invited between 2004 and 2008. The CONMEBOL Sudamericana began in 2002, replacing the separate competitions Copa Merconorte and Copa Mercosur (that had replaced Copa CONMEBOL) by a single competition. The 2019 FIFA U-20 World Cup was the 22nd edition of the FIFA U-20 World Cup, the biennial international men's youth football championship contested by the under-20 national teams of the member associations of FIFA, since its inception in 1977 as the FIFA World Youth Championship.
