Tomoyoshi Koyama
is a professional motorcycle road racer who currently races in the MFJ All-Japan Road Race ST600 Championship and the Asia Road Race SS600 Championship, riding a Honda CBR600RR. Career Koyama was born in Sagamihara, Kanagawa, Japan. After competing in Grand Prix races as a wild card since 2000 – having been the champion of the MFJ All Japan Road Race GP125 Championship in 2000, and finished in the top five for three successive seasons in the MFJ All Japan Road Race GP250 Championship – Koyama joined the series full-time in 2005, with Ajo Motorsport. 2010 German Motorcycle Grand Prix
The 2010 German motorcycle Grand Prix was the eighth round of the 2010 Grand Prix motorcycle racing season. It took place on the weekend of 16–18 July 2010 at the Sachsenring, located in Hohenstein-Ernstthal, Germany. MotoGP classification After a four-round absence due to a broken leg sustained at the Mugello Circuit, Valentino Rossi made his return to the MotoGP grid. A crash between Randy de Puniet, Álvaro Bautista and Aleix Espargaró caused the race to be red-flagged on the 10th lap. All three riders were eligible to make the restart as the results of the first race go back to the last lap therefore showing the riders being classified. However they failed to return to the pits with their bike within five minutes of the race being stopped and therefore were not allowed to make the restart. The 2000 Grand Prix motorcycle racing season was the 52nd F.I.M. Road Racing World Championship season. Season summary Kenny Roberts, Jr. fulfilled the promise of his 2nd place in 1999 by winning the championship for 2000 with 2 races to spare. The season also saw the premier class-debut of Valentino Rossi, who began the year with crashes in the first two rounds and also had a third at Valencia; nonetheless, he came in second as a rookie in the class with 2 wins and 8 podiums. Garry McCoy achieved 3 wins with his spectacular 2-wheel sliding style, and his use of tires began a general transition to that size, though it had been used previously in 500 cc by Kevin Schwantz. The Sachsenring () is a motorsport racing circuit located in Hohenstein-Ernstthal near Chemnitz in Saxony, Germany. Among other events, it features the annual German motorcycle Grand Prix of the FIM Grand Prix motorcycle racing world championship. Alexis Masbou (born 2 June 1987) is a French motorcycle rider. He currently rides a Yamaha YZF-R1 in the Endurance FIM World Cup. Career Early career Masbou was born in Albi. Before he reached the world championship he was joining the CDM French motorsport school. He started racing in the 50cc French class in 2001. From 2002 he stepped up to the national 125cc class. The season consisted out of 18 races for the MotoGP class and 17 for the 125cc and 250cc classes, beginning with the Qatar motorcycle Grand Prix on 10 March 2007 and ending with the Valencian Community motorcycle Grand Prix on 4 November. Season summary The 2007 season was significant as it introduced a new regulation which specifies that competitors in the MotoGP class were allowed use up to 800 cc motorcycles; between 2002 and 2006, competitors had been allowed to use 990 cc motorcycles.
