Tomorrow (Mari Hamada Album)
is the 11th studio album by Japanese singer/songwriter Mari Hamada, released on October 19, 1991. It was Hamada's first release by MCA Victor, and includes contributions by Toto guitarist Steve Lukather. The album was reissued alongside Hamada's past releases on January 15, 2014. Hamada's 1993 international release '' Introducing... Mari Hamada'' includes "Rainy Blue" and "Tomorrow". In addition, " Paradox" was rewritten in English as "Color Blind", while "More Than Ever" was given new lyrics for the album. The 1994 international follow-up '' All My Heart'' includes "Precious Summer" and a piano re-arrangement of "Missing", while "Tomorrow" was rewritten in English and given an acoustic arrangement as "Til Tomorrow". ''Tomorrow'' peaked at No. 2 on Oricon's albums chart. It was also certified Platinum by the RIAJ. The 2014 reissue peaked at No. 278. Mari Hamada
is a Japanese heavy metal and pop rock singer. Since her debut in 1983, Hamada has been known as the "Heavy Metal Queen" of Japan. Throughout her career, she has released 25 singles and 23 studio albums. Biography Early history Mari Hamada started singing when she joined a choir at elementary school and participated in recording TV commercial jingles while in junior high. While at Musashigaoka High School, she formed a punk rock band called "Mari Band". Michael Christopher Landau (born June 1, 1958) is an American musician, audio engineer, and record producer. He is a session musician and guitarist who has played on many albums since the early 1980s with Boz Scaggs, Minoru Niihara, Joni Mitchell, Rod Stewart, Seal, Michael Jackson, James Taylor, Helen Watson, Luis Miguel, Richard Marx, Steve Perry, Pink Floyd, Phil Collins on " Two Hearts" and "Loco in Acapulco", Roger Daltrey, Stevie Nicks, Glenn Frey, Eros Ramazzotti, Whitney Houston, and Miles Davis. Landau, along with fellow session guitarists Dean Parks, Steve Lukather, Michael Thompson and Dann Huff, played on many of the major label releases recorded in Los Angeles from the 1980s–1990s. Takashi Masuzaki
, is a Japanese guitarist, composer and arranger under Being Inc. agency and member of the fusion band Dimension He is former member of the pop group B.B.Queens and Bluew. Biography The beginnings of his career are dated for year 1983, where he signed under music agency and was primarily active as a musician and back band member. In 1987, when Takashi was member of the band Bluew (1987-1989) as a guitarist. At the same time he became consistent member of the live tours for the singer Mari Hamada. Steve Lukather
Steven Lee Lukather (born October 21, 1957) is an American guitarist, singer, songwriter, arranger and record producer, best known as the sole continuous founding member of the rock band Toto. His reputation as a skilled guitarist led to a steady flow of session work beginning in the 1970s that has since established him as a prolific session musician, recording guitar tracks for more than 1,500 albums spanning a broad array of artists and genres.
