Tommy Rowe
Thomas Malcolm Rowe (born 24 September 1988) is an English professional footballer who primarily plays as a winger but can also operate at left back and currently plays for Doncaster Rovers. Career Stockport County Rowe was born in Wythenshawe, Manchester, and started his career as a boy with Manchester United in 2002. He joined the Stockport County youth system the following year, and made his first-team debut as an 81st-minute substitute in their 4–1 defeat away at Watford in the FA Cup third round in January 2007. He scored his first goal for Stockport against Notts County at Edgeley Park in February 2008, and followed this up with a hat-trick at Rotherham United a few days later, which prompted Stockport County manager Jim Gannon to say, ''"Physically, he is a supreme athlete with Premier League fitness and technically he is excellent. Peterborough () is a cathedral city in Cambridgeshire, east of England. It is the largest part of the City of Peterborough unitary authority district (which covers a larger area than Peterborough itself). Danny Rowe (footballer, Born 1992)
Daniel Martin Rowe (born 9 March 1992) is an English former footballer who played as a winger. He is the younger brother of Tommy Rowe. He began his career at Stockport County in 2009, and made 56 appearances in four seasons at the club either side of a brief loan spell at Northwich Victoria. He spent the 2012–13 season with Barrow, before joining Macclesfield Town in 2013. He left Macclesfield, before rejoining them in January 2015 and then moving on to Ipswich Town in January 2017. In January 2018 he joined Lincoln City on loan till the rest of the season, a move that he repeated in January 2019. Rowe was released by Ipswich in 2020 and went on to sign for Burton Albion in February 2021. Darren Ferguson
Darren Ferguson (born 9 February 1972) is a Scottish professional football manager and former player, who was most recently the manager of Championship club Peterborough United. In between his stints with Peterborough, he also managed Preston North End and Doncaster Rovers. As a player, Ferguson was managed at Manchester United by his father, Sir Alex Ferguson. He won a Premier League title and the FA Charity Shield in 1993 with the club before going on to spend most of his career at Wolverhampton Wanderers and Wrexham in the lower divisions of English football. 2014 Football League Trophy Final
The 2014 Football League Trophy Final was the 31st final of the domestic cup involving League One and League Two teams. The final took place at Wembley Stadium in London on 30 March 2014 and saw Peterborough United beat Chesterfield 3–1, with Josh McQuoid, Shaun Brisley, Eoin Doyle and Britt Assombalonga all scoring goals. 35,663 spectators attended the match and Andy D'Urso was the referee.
