Tommy Casanova
Thomas Henry Casanova III (born July 29, 1950) is a former American football player and politician. He played professionally in the National Football League (NFL) for the Cincinnati Bengals for six seasons and was invited to three Pro Bowls, as well as an All-Pro in 1976. He played college football at Louisiana State University, where he was a three-time first-team All-American. He is a Republican former member of the Louisiana State Senate, having served a single term from 1996 to 2000. Early life and college Casanova attended the Roman Catholic Notre Dame High School in Crowley, Louisiana. As a senior at Notre Dame, he was chosen to play in the Louisiana High School Coaches Association all-star game. Mike Anderson (linebacker)
Michael Howard Anderson (born February 6, 1949) is a former American football player. Playing career Anderson graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in 1967 and then attended Louisiana State University in the same city. He played college football for the LSU Tigers from 1967 to 1970 and was a consensus All-American linebacker in 1970. Post-playing career Anderson later operated restaurants in Baton Rouge and New Orleans called Mike Anderson's Seafood. In 2014, he sued the NCAA and Riddell Inc., a helmet manufacturer, seeking compensation for head injuries he sustained while playing college football. George Bevan
George Bevan is a former college American football player for the LSU Tigers football team. He played as a linebacker from 1967 to 1969, although he missed the majority of his first two seasons after Achilles tendon rupture, rupturing an Achilles tendon in the 1967 season opener. As a senior in 1969 LSU Tigers football team, 1969, he was named a first-team College Football All-America Team, All-American by the American Football Coaches Association and Football Writers Association of America. He was a second-team selection by the Associated Press, Central Press Association, Central Press, and Newspaper Enterprise Association. The 1968 LSU Tigers football team represented Louisiana State University during the 1968 NCAA University Division football season. The offense scored 221 points while the defense allowed 171 points. The Tigers competed in the inaugural Peach Bowl and beat Florida State, 31–27.
