Train Of Many Metals
The Train of Many Metals (also referred to as TOMM) is one of the New York Transit Museum's nostalgia trains used for excursions on the B Division. The name refers to most of the cars that were preserved being constructed from steel, and in reference to the Train of Many Colors. The train made its first run in August 2014, when some of the cars were used on an excursion to The Rockaways as part of celebrating the restoration of service on the IND Rockaway Line. In general, cars may be used to commemorate a special occasion. Some of the cars are housed in the New York Transit Museum when not used for excursions. Tomm Coker
Tomm Coker, also known as Thomas L. Coker (born November 3, 1972), is an American comic book artist and film director/writer. Career Coker's career started in the early nineties drawing comic books for Image Comics, Dark Horse Comics, Marvel Comics and DC Comics. Throughout the 1990s he worked on such titles as ''Gen 13 Bootleg'', '' Nightfall: The Black Chronicles'' and ''Penthouse Comix''. After a short absence, he returned to comics in 2003, illustrating the popular Vertigo mini-series '' Blood & Water''. This series also marked a stylistic change, in which his art evolved in a much more realistic direction. His short film ''A Day Between'' premiered at the 2003 Sacramento International Film and Music Festival. Muzio Tommasini
Muzio Giuseppe Spirito de Tommasini, sometimes referred to as Muzio Tommasini or as Mutius von Tommasini (4 June 1794 – 31 December 1879) was a botanist and politician born in Trieste under Austria-Hungary. He first became interested in botany as a grammar school student in Ljubljana. While studying medicine at the University of Vienna, he was inspired by the work of professor Joseph Franz von Jacquin (1766-1839), and conducted investigations of flora in the vicinity of Vienna. Afterwards, Tommasini studied law at the University of Graz. A career politician, he received his first appointment in 1817 as an official in the district of Istria. During the following year he was elected district secretary of the city of Split. From 1839 to 1860 he was mayor of Trieste. Tomm Warneke
Tomm Warneke (born October 9, 1961) is a former professional tennis player from the United States. Biography The son of a geologist, Warneke is the youngest of five brothers, along with his twin. He started playing tennis aged six and throughout the age groups was consistently the top ranked player in Florida. In 1979 he was a member of the American Junior Davis Cup team. A graduate of Santa Fe High School, he took up a scholarship to Trinity University in Texas and completed a degree in business administration, while earning multiple All-American honours for his tennis. Warneke, who turned professional in 1984, had a game more suited to doubles so it was in that format that he had more success. He made his only Grand Prix final in the doubles event at the 1985 South Australian Open, when he and Brazilian Nelson Aerts finished runners-up. He won two ATP Challenger doubles titles in 1985. Thomas Polos (born April 17, 1988) is an American actor, humorist and writer best known for his role as ''Owen on the Move'' in a series of AT&T television commercials. Life and career Polos was born in Katonah, New York. He is an alumnus of the British American Drama Academy and the USC School of Dramatic Arts. While at USC, he was the basketball mascot and was elected commencement speaker for his Bachelor of Fine Arts program. Tomm Murstad
Tomm Murstad (2 July 1915 – 19 January 2001) was a Norwegian skier, coach and business man. He was born in Fredrikstad as a son of physician Hjalmar Murstad (1883–1940) and Elisabeth Korneliussen (1887–1968). He grew up at Vinderen. He was married to Nathalia "Oja" Mustad, daughter of Hans Clarin Hovind Mustad and granddaughter of Hans Mustad, from 1941 to 1969, and then to Nena Gretta Godfrey from 1970. Murstad began skiing as a youngster, with emphasis on alpine skiing and ski jumping. He eventually became an alpine skiing instructor in France, and spent summers at the Riviera where he held water skiing shows. In late 1934 he opened a skiing school in Marka, Oslo. Thomas "Tomm" Moore (born 7 January 1977) is an Irish filmmaker, animator, illustrator and comics artist. He co-founded Cartoon Saloon with Nora Twomey and Paul Young, an animation studio and production company based in Kilkenny, Ireland. The Test of Memory Malingering (TOMM) is a 50-question visual memory recognition test that discriminates between true memory impairment and malingering, with two learning trials and an optional retention trial following a delay.
