Tomer Haliva
Tomer Haliva ( he, תומר חליוה; born September 27, 1979) is an Israeli football full back playing for Maccabi Be'er Sheva. Haliva began his career as a defender for Hapoel Be'er Sheva youth team, and in 1997-1998 season he moved to the first team of the club. He played for Be'er Sheva sporadically until 2004–2005, moving to other lower league clubs the likes of Hapoel Tzafririm Holon ( national league at the time) and Hapoel Mashosh-Segev Shalom ( Liga Bet). In 2005-2006 Haliva transferred to Beitar Jerusalem and a year later he moved to Hapoel Tel Aviv and signed a 3 years-contract, but on January he transferred to F.C. Beersheba

Liga Bet ( he, ליגה ב', lit. ''League B'') is the fourth tier of the Israeli football league system. It is divided into four regional divisions. History League football started in Israel in 1949–50, a year after the Israeli Declaration of Independence. However, the financial and security crises gripping the young nation caused the 1950–51 season to be abandoned before it had started. When football resumed in 1951–52, the new top division went by the name of Liga Alef with Liga Bet as the second division. The 1952–53 season was also not played, and Liga Bet resumed in 1953–54. Liga Leumit ( he, ליגה לאומית, lit. ''National League'') is the second division of the Israeli Football League, and below its Premier League. Structure There are 16 clubs in the league. At the end of each season, the two lowest-placed teams are relegated to Liga Alef while the two highest-placed teams from Liga Alef are promoted in their place. The two highest-placed Liga Leumit teams are promoted to the Israeli Premier League while the bottom two teams from Israeli Premier League are relegated in their place. 1998–99 Liga Artzit
The 1998–99 Liga Artzit season was the last in which the league was the Israel's second tier, as at the end of the season the Israeli Premier League came into existence, replacing Liga Leumit as the country's top division. As a result, for the 1999–2000 season Liga Leumit became the second division and Liga Artzit became the third division. Due to the restructuring, only one club, Maccabi Netanya, was promoted to the top division (which was reduced from 16 to 14 clubs).
