Tomasz Wałdoch
Tomasz Wojciech Wałdoch (; born 10 May 1971) is a Polish former professional footballer who played as a defender in Poland and Germany. Wałdoch had a ten-year international career with Poland. He often captained the side, including at the 2002 World Cup. Most of his club career was spent in German leagues with VfL Bochum and Schalke 04. Club career Wałdoch played for Górnik Zabrze, VfL Bochum, Schalke 04 and Jagiellonia Białystok. International career Wałdoch played for the Poland national team, for a total of 74 caps. He was a participant at the 1992 Summer Olympics, where Poland won the silver medal. He was the captain of the Polish team for the 2002 World Cup. Franciszek Smuda
Franciszek Smuda (; 22 June 1948 – 18 August 2024) was a Polish football player and manager. As a player, he spent his career playing for clubs in Poland, the United States and Germany. In 1983, he turned to coaching, becoming the manager of Widzew Łódź, Wisła Kraków, Legia Warsaw and Lech Poznań, among others. He has won three Polish Ekstraklasa titles. From 2009 he was the manager of the Poland national team, but resigned on 16 June 2012, following their elimination from Euro 2012. FC Kray
The FC Kray is a German football club from the Kray suburb of Essen, North Rhine-Westphalia. The club's greatest success has been to earn promotion to the tier four Regionalliga West in 2012, and again in 2014. History FC Kray was formed in 1987 in a merger of DJK Kray, formed in 1909, and VfL Kray, formed 1931. At the time of the merger DJK played at Kreisliga level while VfL played above that level, in the Bezirksliga, passing on this league membership to the new club.
