Tomasz Kaczmarek
Tomasz Kaczmarek (born 20 September 1984) is a Polish professional football manager and former player who is the current assistant manager of Eredivisie club NAC Breda. Coaching career Kaczmarek moved from Poland to Germany at the age of 9 and only played on amateur level as an active footballer. He started his coaching career in 2009 as a part of the coaching staff at Bonner SC. From January 2011, he took charge of the U19's at the club and later a half year for the first team, which he was in charge of until the end of 2011, where he was hired as assistant manager for the Egyptian national team under manager Bob Bradley. Bradley and his coaching staff, including Kaczmarek, left in November 2013. On 30 March 2014, Kaczmarek followed Bradley to Norwegian club Stabæk IF, still as his assistant. The 2021–22 Ekstraklasa (also known as PKO Ekstraklasa due to sponsorship reasons) was the 96th season of the Polish Football Championship, the 88th season of the highest tier domestic division in the Polish football league system since its establishment in 1927 and the 14th season of the Ekstraklasa under its current title. The league is operated by the Ekstraklasa S.A. The regular season was played as a round-robin tournament. A total of 18 teams participated, 15 of which competed in the league campaign during the previous season, while the remaining three were promoted from the 2020–21 I liga. The season started on 23 July 2021 and concluded on 21 May 2022. Each team played a total of 34 matches, half at home and half away. Carl Hoefkens
Carl Hoefkens (; born 6 October 1978) is a Belgian former professional footballer who played as a defender. He is the manager of Belgian Pro League club Club Brugge. Club career Early career Born in Lier, Belgium, Hoefkens started his career at K. Lierse S.K. and played there for six years. He made his breakthrough with Lierse in first class and won the Belgian Cup in 1999, beating Standard Liège in the final with 3–1. Afterwards, he made a move to Lommel but his move turned into a nightmare, when Lommel went broke in 2003. In the summer of 2003, he came to Germinal Beerschot, the first class team of the Belgian city of Antwerp. There, he became one of the pillars of the team. In his second season at Germinal Beerschot, he won the cup in the final against FC Bruges, then champions of Belgium. The Eerste Divisie (, en, First Division) is the second-highest tier of football in the Netherlands. It is linked with the top-level Eredivisie and with the third-level Tweede Divisie via promotion/relegation systems. It is also known as the Keuken Kampioen Divisie due to sponsorship, while previously it was known as Jupiler League for the same reason.
