Thomas A. Winter (born July 10, 1986) is an American politician from the state of Montana. A member of the Democratic Party, he served in the Montana House of Representatives for the 96th district from 2019 to 2021. Early life Winter was raised in Kansas City, Missouri, and moved to Missoula, Montana, in his early 20s to attend the University of Montana. Kathleen Williams (born February 16, 1961) is an American politician from Montana. A member of the Democratic Party, she served in the nonpartisan Environmental Quality Council of the Montana Legislature and the Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks. In 2010, she was elected to the Montana House of Representatives and served three two-year terms before retiring. In 2018 and 2020, Williams ran, unsuccessfully, as the Democratic nominee for Montana's at-large seat in the United States House of Representatives. Monica Joan Tranel (also Tranel-Michini; born May 4, 1966) is an American rower, lawyer, and political candidate. She competed at the 1996 and 2000 Summer Olympics.
