Tom Warner

	Tom Warner Tom Warner (February 6, 1948 – January 11, 2019) was an American politician. He was born in Rochester, New York. Warner previously served as a Representative in the House of Representatives of the U.S. state of Florida. He lived in Stuart, Florida, with his family. He died of cancer in 2019 at the age of 70. 	Florida Solicitor General The solicitor general of Florida or Florida solicitor general is the top appellate (appeals) solicitor (lawyer) for the U.S. State of Florida. It is an appointed position in the Office of the Florida Attorney General and the individual serves at the pleasure of the attorney general. Many of the cases handled by the Solicitor are argued in the United States Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of Florida. However some cases within the solicitor's responsibilities are under the jurisdiction of the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the state appellate courts.
