Tom Moore (running Back)
Tom Moore (born July 17, 1938) is an American former professional football player who was a running back for eight seasons in the National Football League for eight seasons, the first six with the Green Bay Packers. He played college football for the Vanderbilt Commodores. He went to the Pro Bowl after Green Bay's 1962 season and later played for the Los Angeles Rams and Atlanta Falcons. Early years Born and raised in Goodlettsville, Tennessee, Moore played college football at Vanderbilt University in Nashville on both sides of the ball. Playing career Moore was the fifth overall pick of the 1960 NFL draft, selected by the Green Bay Packers. He was a three-time NFL champion with the Packers in 1961, 1962, and 1965. Moore was selected for the 1962 Pro Bowl & all-pro selection in 1963 and wore jersey number #25 for the Packers. Goodlettsville, Tennessee
Goodlettsville is a city in Davidson and Sumner counties, Tennessee. Goodlettsville was incorporated as a city in 1958 with a population of just over 3,000 residents; at the 2010 census, the city had a total population of 15,921 and in 2020 the population was 17,789. The northern half of the city is in Sumner County, while the southern half is in Davidson County. Paul Hornung
Paul Vernon Hornung (December 23, 1935 – November 13, 2020), nicknamed "the Golden Boy", was an American professional football player who was a Hall of Fame running back for the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League (NFL) from 1957 to 1966. He played on teams that won four NFL titles and the first Super Bowl. He is the first Heisman Trophy winner to be selected as the first overall selection in the NFL Draft, play pro football, win the NFL most valuable player award, and be inducted into both the professional and college football halls of fame. The 1963 Green Bay Packers season was their 45th season overall and their 43rd season in the National Football League. The 1963 Pro Bowl was the National Football League's thirteenth annual all-star game which featured the outstanding performers from the season.
