Tom Jacobsen
Tom Jacobsen (born 17 March 1954) is a Norwegian football coach and former player. He played as a midfielder for HamKam and Vålerenga and was capped 16 times playing for Norway. He is the brother of Pål Jacobsen. Player career Jacobsen played for HamKam from 1971 to 1978 and for Vålerenga from 1979 to 1982, before he returned to HamKam where he played until he retired. He made his debut for Norway at the age of 17 years and 175 days in 1971, and was capped a total of 16 times. Coaching career Jacobsen joined HamKam's coaching staff in 2000, after working at Adidas. Along with his brother, Pål Jacobsen, he was a part of Ståle Solbakken's coaching staff when HamKam played in Tippeligaen. Tom Rüsz Jacobsen
Tom Rüsz Jacobsen (born 20 February 1953) is a retired Norwegian footballer. He was a goalkeeper, and played 26 matches for Norway. He won the league two times and the Norwegian Cup one time with Vålerenga. Club career Jacobsen played for Vålerenga from 1980 until he retired. He played 100 league games, and conceded 42 goals - even though he managed a clean sheet in 42 of the 99 games he started. He was elected Man of the Match by VG 10 times. In his 99th league game, he was injured and needed to be taken off the field. In order to get 100 league games, he played the last two minutes of the next game - with a broken arm. Jacobsen won Norwegian First Division three times, and the Norwegian Football Cup one time with Vålerenga. In the semifinal of the 1980 Norwegian Football Cup, he secured a rematch when he saved Ståle Klubnes's shot with only seconds left of the game. Ottestad Idrettslag is a Norwegian sports club from Ottestad in Stange, founded on 28 May 1918. It has sections for association football, team handball, cross-country skiing and cycling. The men's football team have been playing in the Third Division since 2004, and plays its home matches at Ottestad Idrettspark. Norwegian Third Division
The Norwegian Third Division, also called 3. divisjon, is the fourth highest division of the men's football league in Norway. Like the rest of the Norwegian football league system, the season runs from spring to autumn, running approximately from April to October. After the 2010 season, the league was reorganised, reducing the number of teams to 164 and halving the number of parallel sections from 24 to 12. After the 2016 season, the league was again reorganised, reducing the number of teams from 164 to 84, and halved the number of groups from twelve to six. All six group winners promote to 2. divisjon, while the bottom four in all groups are relegated to 4. divisjon.
