Tom Fields
Tom Fields (born 19 December 1992) is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played for the Carlton Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). Fields was raised in Queensland. He played football for North East Australian Football League club Labrador, and he represented Queensland at the 2011 AFL Under 18 Championships. After the 2012 season, Fields moved to Adelaide and played in the South Australian National Football League for South Adelaide as a tall attacking defender, where he played for two seasons. Fields was then recruited to the AFL at age 22 by in the third round of the 2015 Rookie Draft (pick No. 41 overall). He played much of the 2015 season with Carlton's , the Northern Blues, before making his senior AFL debut in round 15, 2015. He was delisted in October 2015. Labrador Australian Football Club, also known as the Labrador Tigers, is a Gold Coast based sports club. Labrador's Australian rules football team currently competes in the Queensland Australian Football League. From 2011 to 2014 it was an inaugural member club of the NEAFL competition. Neville Fields
Neville Fields (born 21 November 1951) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with Essendon and South Melbourne in the Victorian Football League (VFL). Fields was a left footed centreman and won Essendon's most improved player award in 1971. He was their best and fairest the following season and represented Victoria in interstate football. After struggling for form throughout 1977 he was traded to South Melbourne for Terry Daniher. In 1981 he returned to Essendon where he spent a further two seasons. Punter (football)
A punter (P) in gridiron football is a special teams player who receives the snapped ball directly from the line of scrimmage and then punts (kicks) the football to the opposing team so as to limit any field position advantage. This generally happens on a fourth down in American football and a third down in Canadian football. Punters may also occasionally take part in fake punts in those same situations, when they throw or run the football instead of punting. Skills and usage The purpose of the punt is to force the team that is receiving the kick to start as far as possible from the kicking team's end zone.
