Tom Cato Karlsen
Tom Cato Karlsen (born 1974) is a Norwegian politician and anesthesiologist. He was elected as a deputy representative for the Parliament of Norway for Nordland county from 2013 to 2017. He also was a state secretary for the Ministry of Transport and Communications from 2014 to 2017. The Storting ( no, Stortinget ) (lit. the Great Thing) is the supreme legislature of Norway, established in 1814 by the Constitution of Norway. It is located in Oslo.
