Barry M. Usher is an American politician serving as a member of the Montana House of Representatives from the 40th district. Elected in November 2016, he assumed office in January 2017. Since January 2021, Usher has served as the majority whip of the House. Career Usher previously served in the United States Coast Guard on the USCGC Steadfast (WMEC-623) and became a Boatswain Mate 2nd Class. Sidney is a city in and the county seat of Richland County, Montana, United States, less than west of the North Dakota border. The population was 6,346 at the 2020 census. Roundup, Montana
Roundup is a city in and the county seat of Musselshell County, Montana, United States. The population was 1,742 during the 2020 census. History Roundup served as a place for cattlemen to "round up" their cattle along the Musselshell River. It was the trailhead in the Great Montana Centennial Cattle Drive and now drives happen annually. The post office opened in 1883. In 1907, the Milwaukee Road reached Roundup. The area has coal mines, which combined with the agriculture, maintained the economy of the town. The Musselshell Valley Historical Museum captures the coal history as well as fossils and Indian artifacts.
