Michi Kobi
Michi Kobi (2 November 1924 – 1 March 2016), born Machiko Kobinata Okamoto, was an American actress. Life Kobi was born 2 November 1924 in Sacramento, California as Machiko Kobinata Okamoto. Her father, Rikikazu Okamoto, came to America at age 17 in 1902 and became a doctor. In 1923 her father went to Japan, married Ito Kobinata, and brought her to Sacramento. During World War II, following the signing of Executive Order 9066, Kobi and her mother were sent to Tanforan Assembly Center and then Topaz War Relocation Center. After the war she went to New York City, seeking to become an actor, and lived there the rest of her life. She studied acting at New York University. In addition to acting on stage, screen, and television, she worked as a model, secretary, and translator. As a translator she worked for the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO). Richard Long (actor)
Richard McCord Long (December 17, 1927 – December 21, 1974) was an American actor best known for his leading roles in three ABC television series, ''The Big Valley'', ''Nanny and the Professor'', and ''Bourbon Street Beat''. He was also a series regular on ABC's ''77 Sunset Strip'' during the 1961–1962 season. Lawrence Dobkin (September 16, 1919 – October 28, 2002) was an American television director, character actor and screenwriter whose career spanned seven decades. Dobkin was a prolific performer during the Golden Age of Radio. He narrated the western '' Broken Arrow'' (1950). His film performances include ''Never Fear'' (1949), ''Sweet Smell of Success'' (1957) and ''North by Northwest'' (1959). Paul Dubov
Paul Dubov (October 10, 1918 – September 20, 1979) was an American radio, film and television actor as well as screenwriter. He frequently appeared in the works of Sam Fuller. Among Dubov's radio credits include the 05/02/1953 episode of Gunsmoke entitled "Tacetta". Dubov became a screenwriter and often worked with his wife, Gwen Bagni (1913–2001), whom he married in 1963. The couple co-developed the 1965–66 series ''Honey West (TV series), Honey West'', starring Anne Francis, and wrote scripts for the series from which it was a spin off, ''Burke's Law (1963 TV series), Burke's Law'' starring Gene Barry. Teru Shimada
Teru Shimada (島田輝 ''Shimada Teru'', born Akira Shimada (島田明 ''Shimada Akira''); November 17, 1905 – June 19, 1988) was a Japanese-American actor. A '' Nikkeijin'' (first-generation Japanese-American), Shimada emigrated to the United States in the early 1930s to follow in the footsteps of his idol Sessue Hayakawa, where he began acting in theatre before finding a steady career playing supporting roles in Hollywood films. Alexander Mair Courage Jr. (December 10, 1919May 15, 2008) familiarly known as "Sandy" Courage, was an American orchestrator, arranger, and composer of music, primarily for television and film.
