Toktar Sabituly Zhangylyshbay ( kk, Тоқтар Сәбитұлы Жанғылышбай; born 25 May 1993) is a Kazakh footballer who plays as a forward for Kaisar. Career On 16 March 2016, Zhangylyshbay signed a 1-year contract, with the option of a second year, with FC Aktobe. On 5 July 2016, Zhangylyshbay left Aktobe by mutual consent, signing for FC Zhetysu the following day. Karagandy
Karaganda or Qaraghandy ( kk, Қарағанды/Qarağandy, ; russian: Караганда, ) is the capital of Karaganda Region in the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is the fourth most populous city in Kazakhstan, behind Almaty (Alma-Ata), Astana and Shymkent. Population: 497,777 (2020 Estimate); Karaganda is approximately 230 km south-east of Kazakhstan's capital Astana. In the 1940s up to 70% of the city's inhabitants were ethnic Germans. Most of the ethnic Germans were Soviet Volga Germans who were collectively deported to Siberia and Kazakhstan on Stalin's order when Hitler invaded Soviet-annexed eastern Poland and the Soviet Union proper in 1941. The 2013 Kazakhstan Cup is the 22nd season of the Kazakhstan Cup, the annual nationwide football cup competition of Kazakhstan since the independence of the country. The competition begins on 10 April 2013 and will end with the final in November 2013. Astana are the defending champions, having won their second cup in the 2012 competition. The winner of the competition will qualify for the first qualifying round of the 2014–15 UEFA Europa League. The Kazakhstan Professional Football League ( kk, Қазақстан Премьер Лигасы, ''Qazaqstan Premer Ligasy''), commonly referred to as Kazakh Premier League or simply Premier League, is the top division of football in Kazakhstan.
