''Together'' is a studio album of duets by Australian pop singers John Farnham (known then as Johnny Farnham) and Allison Durbin, which was released on HMV for EMI Records in September 1971. It peaked at No. 20 on the Australian ''Go-Sets Albums Chart. Farnham had earlier No. 1 singles with "Sadie (The Cleaning Lady), Sadie" in 1968 and his cover of "Raindrops Keep Fallin' on My Head" in 1970; he was the reigning 'Australian pop music awards#1967.E2.80.931978: King of Pop Awards, King of Pop' on ''Go-Sets popularity polls during 1969–1971. New Zealand-born, Durbin had a hit with "I Have Loved Me a Man" in 1968 and was 'Best Female Artist' for the same ''Go-Set'' polls. John Peter Farnham Officer of the Order of Australia, AO (born 1 July 1949) is a British born Australian singer. Farnham was a Teen idol, teen pop idol from 1967 until 1979, billed then as Johnny Farnham, but has since forged a career as an Adult contemporary music, adult contemporary singer.McFarlane (1999). The Australian Rock Database was a website with a searchable online database that listed details of Australian rock music artists, albums, bands, producers and record labels. It was established in 2000 by Swedish national Magnus Holmgren, who had developed an interest in Australian music when visiting as an exchange student. The ARIA Charts are the main Australian music sales charts, issued weekly by the Australian Recording Industry Association.
