Toe Naing Mann
Toe Naing Mann ( my, တိုးနိုင်မန်း, ; born 29 June 1978) is a Burmese businessman and founder of Red Link Communications, a major Burmese telecommunications group. Toe Naing Mann's father is Shwe Mann, a former military general and Speaker of the Pyithu Hluttaw. He has a Ph.D in geology. Toe Naing Mann is a key advisor for the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw's Commission for the Assessment of Legal Affairs and Special Issues. Toe Naing Mann is married to Zay Zin Latt, the daughter of Khin Shwe, a business tycoon who owns Zaykabar Company Zaykabar Company Limited ( my, ဇေကမ္ဘာကုမ္ပဏီ; also spelt Zay Gabar or Zay Ka Bar) is a major Burmese conglomerate with interests in construction and telecommunications. The Defence Services Academy ( my, စစ်‌တက္ကသိုလ်, ) located in Pyin Oo Lwin, is the premier military service academy of Myanmar, training future officers for all three branches of Myanmar military. The Ministry of Defence administered academy offers bachelor's degree programs in liberal arts, combined physical sciences, and computer science. Pyithu Hluttaw
The Pyithu Hluttaw ( my, ပြည်သူ့ လွှတ်တော်, ; House of Representatives) is the ''de jure'' lower house of the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw, the bicameral legislature of Myanmar (Burma). It consists of 440 members, of which 330 are directly elected through the first-past-the-post system in each townships (the third-level administrative divisions of Myanmar), and 110 are appointed by the Myanmar Armed Forces. The Pyidaungsu Hluttaw ( my, ပြည်ထောင်စု လွှတ်တော် lit. Assembly of the Union) is the ''de jure'' national-level bicameral legislature of Myanmar (officially known as the ''Republic of the Union of Myanmar'') established by the 2008 National Constitution. The Pyidaungsu Hluttaw is made up of two houses, the Amyotha Hluttaw (House of Nationalities), a 224-seat upper house as well as the Pyithu Hluttaw, a 440-seat lower house (House of Representatives). Khin Shwe ( my, ခင်ရွှေ; born 21 January 1952) Burmese business tycoon and politician who served as a Member of parliament in the House of Nationalities for Yangon Region № 9 constituency from 2011 to 2016. The Union Solidarity and Development Party ( my, ပြည်ထောင်စုကြံ့ခိုင်ရေးနှင့် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးပါတီ; abbr.
