Todd Williams III (born September 11, 1977) is an American actor best known for his role as Officer Isaac Joiner on the crime drama television series ''The Chicago Code''. Early life Born in Queens, New York, Williams began the pursuit of his acting career while attending Talent Unlimited High School in Manhattan. Concerned about having a backup plan, he chose to explore another one of his artistic passions after graduating, and applied himself to the course study of Music Business at New York University. Not satisfied, Williams subsequently left NYU to focus on his acting career goals full-time. ''Tilt'' is an American drama television series set against the backdrop of the (fictional) World Championship of Poker tournament in Las Vegas, and with the tagline "You're playing poker. They're playing you." The series first aired on January 13, 2005, and is the second original drama series from ESPN, following ''Playmakers''. It was created by Brian Koppelman and David Levien, who co-wrote the poker-themed feature film ''Rounders''. The series title refers to being "on tilt", which is poker jargon for letting frustration or other emotional stress interfere with one's poker-playing judgment. ''Head Cases'' is an American primetime comedy-drama television program, best known as the first show cancelled for the 2005–06 season. It was broadcast by Fox and aired from September 14 to 21, 2005. Premise The program starred Chris O'Donnell as Jason Payne, who was a superstar attorney at a prestigious law firm until his career put a strain on his marriage. Eventually, Payne had a nervous breakdown and was sent to a "wellness center" where he recovered. Upon leaving the center, Payne's therapist "buddied him up" with another patient and lawyer, Russell Shultz (played by Adam Goldberg), who suffered from explosive disorder.
